Calling All "i-becomers"

i-become is an initiative that transforms the way we think about life and careers.

 

An i-becomer:

-          makes career choices based on inner calling and outer opportunities to contribute

-          sees careers in terms of what contribution one can make to self, organization and society

-          believes that one’s potential is infinite & one’s work is a means to manifest that potential

-          gets into careers that offer both – outer success and inner fulfillment

 

We are looking out for fellow i-becomers who have the potential to:

-          Facilitate Vision-Sharing workshops

-          Enrich models of Career pathways based on contribution

-          Develop new tools of thinking for i-becomers

-          Mentor other i-becomers

-          Design and code online user experiences of i-become
