The Nepalese who are claiming that they are Gorkhas,
are continuously threatening the Indians i.e. Bengali Hindu displaced
persons from East Pakistan who came before the 25th March 1971. These
Bengali refugees settled mainly in Siliguri area and some parts of
North Bengal. These fictitious Gorkhas allegedly used to threatening
the Bengalese and saying that they are immigrants and they will deport
them to Bangladesh. So in the Booklet of Gorkha Janmukti Morcha, the
organization of fake, fictitious Gorkhas mentioned – “illegal
immigrants from Bangldesh.” They also mentioned in website – “In
1951-61, the population increased by 101.5% for Siliguri town, this
again being due influx of refugees from erstwhile East Pakistan.
Immigrants refugees, mostly Bengali Hindus from erstwhile East
Pakistan became a quantitively important segment of population of the
district, most of who settled in the plains of Siliguri sub-division.”
“The West Bengal Government has defined the term ‘Refugee’ in the
context of immigration from Bangladesh as ‘families which were
displaced from erstwhile East Pakistan (presently Bangladesh) and
settled in West Bengal prior to 25th March 1971’.”
Newspaper The Telegraph dated March 16, 2010, Tuesday
exposed the secret activities of vicious circle (shani-chakra) in New
Delhi against West Bengal state and North-East India and the clear
intention to divide the state of West Bengal. The Newspaper exposed
that after the fourth round of talks with the fictitious Gorkhas of
Gorkha Janmukti Morcha on December 21, 2009, the home ministry sent
the following plan to the Gorkha Janmukti Morcha (GJM), an
organization of fake, fictitious Gorkhas and the plan is as –
1. Name Gorkhaland Autonomous Authority (GAA),
2. A 20 member body with 15 elected members,
3. Under direct control of the Bengal governor,
4. Legislative powers of 54 transferred subjects,
5. Tabling of annual report in Assembly,
6. GAA principal secretary not below the rank of divisional
commissioner,
7. Annual financial assistance from the Centre,
8. GLP to be absorbed in security forces,
9. Valid till Dec 31, 2011.
It is clear from the above points that the vicious
circle wants the Gorkhaland Autonomous Authority and the
administration of this GAA should be beyond control of Government of
West Bengal and this will be the direct control of Governor of West
Bengal. Laws and Regulations of this GAA naturally will be in the
arena of GAA. This vicious circle has a direct link with the fake,
fictitious Gorkhas with ulterior motive.
After analysis, it is found that the fate of the
citizens of India in three districts Darjeeling, Jalpaiguri and Cooch
Behar will go in hand of GAA i.e. in the hands of fake, fictitious
Gorkhas. The GAA will control the Hen’s Neck. For that reason, the
control of the North-East India, Sikkim state and the three districts
Darjeeling, Jalpaiguri and Coochbehar will go beyond capacity of
Government of India. This vicious circle wants vivisect of India. HOW
THIS VICIOUS CIRCLE IS INSIDE THE HOME MINISTRY AND ABLE TO MADE DEN
THERE, IT IS THE QUESTION?
Actually, if this plan is true, then according to
human rights philosophy and jurisprudence, the citizens of India can
treat them as involved with anti-national activities and after
identifying them, citizens of India may submit them to court for trial
under seditious activities. Human Rights philosophy and jurisprudence
support the unity, integrity and sovereignty of a nation.
THIS VICIOUS CIRLE KICKED-OUT THE MATTER OF
CONSENT OF THE CITIZENS OF INDIA IN THREE DISTRICTS OF WEST BENGAL
PARTICULARLY DARJEELING.
A section of Nepalese of Darjeeling claimed
that they are not Nepalese they are Gorkhas, they belong to Gorkha
ethnic group, they belong to Gorkha race and they have separate
identity as Gorkhas like Assamese, Nepalese, Tamils etc.
It is the history that there is no existence of
Gorkha ethnic group, Gorkha race and separate identity as Gorkhas like
Nepalese, Assamese, Tamils etc in India, in Nepal and in the World.
According to human rights philosophy and
jurisprudence these Nepalese who are claiming that they are Gorkhas,
are now identity less persons. Presence of identity less persons in a
country is not safe for that country and is also unsafe for the
citizens of that country.
It is the history and empirical evidence that
Nepalese emerged from Nepal, migrated from Nepal to India and settled
all over India, especially Darjeeling and Sikkim were submerged under
the incoming flood of Nepalese immigrants.
According to census 2001 of Nepal, there were
about 103 ethnic groups and castes in Nepal. There were no existence
of Gorkha ethnic group, Gorkha race and separate identity as Gorkhas
like Nepalese in Nepal. Sunuwars, Jirels, Chepangs, Kusundas,
Panchangule, Tharus, Thakalis, Gurungs, Magars, Tamangs, Newars, Rai,
Limbu, Sherpa, Sonar, Lohar, Tatma, Lodha, Darari, Koche etc are some
of the ethnic groups in Nepal.
The existence of Gorkha ethnic group, Gorkha
race and separate identity as Gorkhas like Nepalese, Assamese, Tamils
etc is untrue, false and fictitious.
Ethnic group and/or race and/or linguistic
minority is/are matter of international affairs and subject of human
rights at present world. Human Rights support the unity, integrity and
sovereignty of a nation.
It is the history that Rabindra Nath Tagor named
the Gurkha soldiers as BUTCHERS. [read page 551, Itihash Anushandhan,
NO.21, published by West Bengal Itihash Sansad, 2007.
It is the history that Damber Singh Gurung, the
leader of All India Gorkha League (at first might be Gurkha League, as
he never used the word Gorkha according to records available) said in
the Constitutent Assembly on Thursday, the 19th December 1946 –
[Though we were made to do the dirtiest work in India for which we
have been even called butchers by Indians, though hundreds and
thousands of Gurkha lives were sacrificed to keep the British rule in
India and elsewhere…].

It is the history that the Nepalese in Darjeeling
who are claiming that they are not Nepalese, they are Gorkhas, have
tried in the year 1947 to create a separate country by dividing India
and in this matter they have submitted a quixotic Memorandum to Pandit
Jawarharlal Nehru.
It is the history that the Nepalese as above now
the fake, fictitious Gorkhas had tried to create separate country by
sending letter to King of Nepal on 23/12/1983.
It is the history that one of leaders of the fake,
fictitious Gorkhas Shri Subash Ghisingh gone to Kathmandu alongwith
the ex-army men and met the Prime Minister of Nepal with ulterior
motive.
It is the history that All India Gorkha
League stated as – No.7 – (aims and objectives of Gorkha League) – to
have connection with the Independent kingdom of Nepal the mother
country of the Gorkhas with devotion and loyalty [from website of AIGL
of running internet].
It is the history that former speaker during
as a Member of Parliament, Shri Somnath Chatterjee made the statement
in the Parliament as – [I am forced to raise the matter in the House
about the situation which is now threatened to be brought about by
Shri Subash Ghisingh, chairman of the Darjeeling Gorkha Hill Council.
He has raised an issue with regard to applicability of clause 8 of
Indo-Nepal agreement, 1950. He is propounding the view that Darjeeling
hill area does not belong to either India or Nepal].
Now the reader of this article, mainly
citizens of India please find the inner reality how the 40
sophisticated arms captured by Maoists in Shilda in West Medinipore by
killing 24 jawans and one Santals college student. The Government of
West Bengal has not given a single Rupee to this Santal youth’s family
who was returning from Jhargram city after collecting a Form for job.
But the Government announced Rs.15 lakhs for each jawans who’s
activities and activities of their families were suspicious. The life
of a Santal has no value to the Government of West Bengal!!!!
It is the history that a vicious circle (Shani-
chakra) is active in New Delhi and Shri Inderjit, the former Member of
Parliament exposed the matter in Parliament during the debate on
inclusion of Nepali language in Eighth Schedule in 1992 – [The West
Bengal Government objected to including the word ‘Gorkha’ in the name
of Hill Council. Eventually, Shri Buta Singh, the then Home Minister,
and I as one privileged to play the role of a mediator in the thorny
and highly emotive dispute, were able to persuade both the then Prime
Minister, Shri Rajiv Gandhi, and the West Bengal Chief Minister, Mr.
Jyoti Basu, to accede to the GNLF demand and give the proposed Council
the name of Dajeeling Gorkha Hill Council]. By this vicious political
maneuver the word Gorkha, representing fake, factitious Gorkha
inserted in the Darjeeling Gorkha Hill Council and agreement made on
22nd August 1988.
NOW THIS FAKE, FICTITIOUS GORKHAS AND THE VICIOUS
CIRCLE, BOTH, HAVE SHOWING THEIR UGLY FACES.

This vicious circle (shani-chakra) is playing with
the unity, integrity and sovereignty of the nation and is also playing
with the millions of citizens of India’s life, livelihood and
property. IDENTIFY THE PERSONS OF THIS VICIOUS CIRCLE IMMEDEATELY.
There is no provision in the CONSTITUTION OF INDIA that Government can
hold meeting, make agreement etc with the fake, fictitious ethnic
group, race, community.
MOREOVER IT IS THE MOST INTERESTING FACT THAT –
GOVERNMENT OF INDIA, GOVERNMENT OF WEST BENGAL,
GORKHA JANMUKTI MORCHA, ALL INDIA GORKHA LEAGUE, GOKHA NATIONAL
LIBERATION FRONT ETC DO NOT KNOW – WHO IS A GORKHA?
