Hi folks! First of all, apologies for not getting back to you all sooner! There has been a lot of interest in the bookfair this year and thus we have had to juggle some things around.
The KW Bookfair is quickly approaching, and this email is
intended to give you a few more details about tabling at the event.
In particular, if you are able to share a table with someone else, or intend to do so anyway, please let me know asap! We are pretty short on space so if you only need a half table please let us know!
1) Set-up for the Bookfair will be starting at 9am. You are free to come anytime after that to set up your table.
2) Take-down/clean-up will be happening at 6pm sharp. Since the after-party is starting at 7pm, we ask that you try to pack-up as promptly as possible.
3) The table size is 60x30 inches.Due to the interest in the bookfair this year, we will not be able to provide more than one table to each of you. If anyone is unable to make we will certainly re-evaluate those requests, but at this point we simply don't have the room! So get creative with your table. If you would like to be located on the outer edge, close to a wall, please let me know.
4) If you have any specific requests (i.e. to have your
table placed by a friend’s distro, would like a table against a wall etc.)
please let us know asap, and we will do our best to accommodate.I have noted a few of these already, but a reminder wouldn't hurt.
5) Just a reminder, we are asking tablers to consider donating 10% of the profits you make to the Bookfair Collective to help cover the costs of the event.
