Agenda and Revised Draft attached

Attached please find the agenda for today’s meeting along with a revised draft of the standard.  The revised draft (1) contains a title page, table of contents, and 3 appendices (tally of required/optional performance indicators, list of acronyms, and glossary), and (2) cleans up some formatting issues.  No substantive changes were made to the standard itself.
