Hello EVERYONE! 

Hope you all had a fabulous weekend, and happy week 6! Tomorrows meeting will be run by me, Jasmine K and future co President Nathaniel. Here is the Agenda with what we will be talking about form 7 to 8! 

Announcements:

 -Don't forget this Thursday sustainable informal lunch Noon at the Bell Tower

-ASUCR submission of fossil fuel divestment resolution, if you can attend WED. Senate meeting at 6pm 

at the HUB Senate Chambers to support! 

I. Icebreaker/intro. for any new folks! 

II. Current Campaigns- 

a. Weatherize Riverside updates

b. Divest the West group updates

c. other campus projects (trash-can refurbishing) 

III. Break down of the following committee/working groups  

-outreach (posters, media, flyers, announcments, getting people to join the club!)

-facilitation/logistics (meeting minutes, budget, administrative work, waivers, scheduling and coordinating) 

-Event Coordination - (looks for events we can be a part of, help with outreach, point people that e-mail other organizations about what we are doing or find out from others if they need help)
