Hi all

Attaching a flyer for the Bristol Community Energy Forum which is less than a week away - next Sat 15th September.

It should be a great event with good speakers, lots of workshops and hopefully a real feel for all of the things that are going on across Bristol in this area. Oh - and a free lunch.

Nor me, can't even remember when the last meeting was.

But I can tell you about the mailing list: Diane, Guy, Ben and me are 'managers' for the google group. That just means we can add or delete names and change what the message at the bottom says. Anyone else can be added if they want to be. There are 34 names on the list at the moment plus 3 that are bouncing. You can see the group here:

A couple of us from Bedminster Energy group are meeting for a drink at the Hen and Chicken tomorrow night if anyone feels like popping in.

What time are you meeting? Is that meeting Today (Wednesday 5^th). If so I will pop along be good to catch up. I was thinking Sustainable BS3 could host a grant application for Best of Bedminster 2013 …..

It's a big night for meetings. I've got a management accountancy one so can't make it either.

Will jump on this opportunity to mention there are plans for a Patchwork Wassail 5 January in the community orchard from one to three. Morris dancers, poets, and music practitioners of various forms are thought to be coming....

As many of you know I'm now in St George, so I shouldn't be a manager of the
list? However if nobody objects I would like to stay on the list. I still
have "connections" to Southville and there may sometimes be stuff I can lend
a hand with. I will be doing some Patchwork (I set out for the last session
on Saturday but the buses were stopped because of the NHS demo).

Wish I could come tonight but I already have something on. We never had the
last meeting of BoB that Jim was trying to arrange as a finale for last
year, so it would have been nice to meet up again.

Hope everyone has a good Xmas, and maybe see some of you on North Street
this Saturday.
