hi,

pardon my ignorance..
i just want to see if everyone on the google group gets this?

i would like to use this google group as a way of communicating between us.
Wondering if we need to break it down into even sub-groups of the food group for communicating?
Like if someone is just interested in the community garden.. do we have to make a new list?
to not bother everyone with e-mails from the tomato people?

ok.. just wondering peoples thought on how to set this up

i believe we will be posting the date of the meeting shortly.

Got it.
BUT I don't think any of this techno stuff will work. In the FOOD
Working Group have about 7 out of 31 people who seem to be comfy with
computer use.
I don't think even the Doogle meeting thing works. Going forward I
think we have to set the next meeting time/date at the end of the
meeting.

sigh.

Setting the date at the next meeting is fine too.
How about having a phone chain where each person calls the next to ensure everyone is notified, very effective and personal.

Being the chain can be broken with members not being notified, I will be happy to call each Food Group Member to keep in touch and have them in the loop, until we decide upon a more effective solution. Once momentum is established it will be easier.
To unsubscribe from this group, send email to sustainable-saugerties...@googlegroups.com.

Got it and like the phone chain idea.  Later might need smaller groups.
