Following the deluge of this summer - Frances Michaels will be holding a public presentation on successful food growing in our area with its rainy humid summers.
Frances together with her husband Jeff run 'Green Harvest Organic Gardening Supplies' - which is a mail order gardening company based in Maleny.
 This is a free presentation  for  the community as  Frances is keen to help people convert from our European-style , temperate vegetable gardens to ones more suitable for subtropical, wet and humid conditions.
 Slides  will be shown of suitable plant varieties followed by an opportunity to ask questions. Thurs 10th of March, 7pm  to approx. 8pm at the Maleny Neighbourhood Centre, Bicentennial Lane.
