All Life Center Is Closing June 1, 2018

Dear SDO Members and Friends: 

Earlier today, I received an email informing me that the All Life Center south of Delaware (at the corner of U.S. 23 and Hyatt) is closing effective June 1. I had a hard time believing it, in part because their June and July calendar is full of events. Phone and email messages have not yet been returned. However, I have now heard from one of their many associates. He confirmed that rumors had been circulating for some time, but that no one had been made aware of a specific termination date. So, apparently it is true -- All Life Center will be closing its doors within a couple of weeks. I am sad to see the business disappear. Hopefully, a buyer can be found (or has already been found) who will purchase the beautiful, park-like facility and continue the good work.

Anyone out there whose knowledge is more substantial than mine?

My son, Jay, who goes to acupuncture there says the acupuncture is moving across the street to a house located there.  It is indeed a gorgeous spot.  I hope it is preserved!!

The center will be closing for renovation over the summer, but I believe the intention is to reopen as a retreat center, rather than having the focus on individual practitioners.     I do know that the massage therapist and the acupuncturist are moving to other venues.
