Key Features and Services
COhatch offers coworking & office space. Members can access shared desks or rent private offices ranging from single-person units to larger team suites. It also provides meeting & event spaces, including professional conference rooms with tech setups and large event venues like “The Meridian” at Polaris for corporate or social gatherings. Many locations feature unique live perks such as podcast studios, movie theaters, rock climbing walls, arcade rooms, and golf simulators.

Community Focus
COhatch has a strong community focus. It often renovates historic buildings to serve as local community hubs. And it offers reduced membership rates for private non-profit organizations. Simply Living has partnered with COhatch and has a very affordable nonprofit coworking membership. It provides our mailing address (659 High Street, Worthington, Ohio 43085), which is the COhatch Worthington hardware store location. And we use its meeting rooms at various locations for Board of Directors meetings and some of our sponsored events and get-togethers.

Kroger Community Rewards
Kroger Community Rewards is a charitable giving program that allows Kroger customers to support local non-profit organizations through their everyday grocery shopping. Once a customer links their Kroger Shopper’s Card to a specific organization, Kroger donates a percentage of their spending to that charity at no additional cost to the customer.
Simply Living is enrolled as a nonprofit organization in the Kroger Community Rewards program, so you can support our organization at no cost to yourself!
How the Program Works
You shop as usual, and Kroger contributes to a charity you choose based on your total eligible purchases. Participation is free and does not affect your personal rewards, such as fuel points, digital coupons, or discounts.
Eligible purchases include those for groceries and general merchandise. Purchases for alcohol, tobacco, fuel, lottery tickets, gift cards (Kroger and third-party), postage stamps, money orders, and sales tax are excluded. The program is available across the Kroger Family of companies, including Kroger, Fred Meyer, King Soopers, City Market, Food 4 Less, Smith’s Food and Drug, and Pay-Less Super Markets.
Kroger distributes funds on a quarterly basis. The amount each organization receives is based on the percentage of spending from households linked to that specific charity. Kroger limits its total annual contribution to $2 million, with a maximum of $500,000 distributed among all organizations each quarter.
How to Enroll
If you already have a Kroger Shopper’s Card and a linked digital account, skip to the next paragraph. If you do not have a Kroger Shopper’s Card, you can easily obtain one at the customer service desk at any Kroger store. If you don’t already have a digital account, you’ll need to create one at Kroger.com or through the Kroger Mobile app (it’s easy). Ensure your physical Shopper’s Card is linked to your digital account (if you’re not sure, the easiest way is to ask at the customer service counter).
When you have logged in to your digital account, click on “My Account” and then scroll down to the Community Rewards Box and click on “View Community Rewards”. Go to “Find an Organization” and type in Simply Living or LC754 and hit “Search”. Simply Living will pop up, select it, and you will be finished.
This is a really easy and painless way to support Simply Living, especially if you are already a Kroger shopper. Please consider signing up!
