Your input is valuable in crafting a pathway for people plan.

This effort aims to enhance safety, convenience, and accessibility for walking, biking, and other non-motorized forms of transportation the larger US-23 corridor through Delaware County.

I am still completely opposed to building a bike path through the Delaware Run, though I have sad feeling of inevitability about it. This spring we had an extraordinary variety of migrant birds passing through. There are at least two Baltimore Oriole families nesting behind our yard.  A red shouldered hawk has been living in the Run for years.
The ecological damage that a bike path will do will devastate this critically important wildlife corridor.
Needless to say our Director of parks and Recreation is dead keen on it, because for him clearly a park equals Recreation.  I certainly hope SDO doesn’t embrace it too.
