Hi all,
In preparation for our meeting tonight, John took the notes from each subgroup and worked to structure them consistently. This is just a starting point, and we can work on refinements as both a small and large group tonight. Also, I’m attaching a blank “prioritization” chart that we’ll need to work on filling in to make our work consistent with that of the other groups.
Finally, as a reminder, food and drink (other than water) is not allowed in the room at 441 4th Street, so either don’t bring it (ideally), or please “pack in, pack out”.
Thanks,
Sam

Subject: Meeting Notes and Proposed Format for Display Tomorrow
Hi Sam and Will,
I took a stab at grouping/editing/organizing the meeting notes per each subcategory. I just tried to group things that either weren’t grouped or organized, although each subgroup had pretty much developed goals and corresponding actions. I had to take some liberties with the freight group because it was the least developed and structured. Let me know if you have any changes/comments/concerns.
