Hi group,
Sorry for taking this long to follow-up to our Feb. 21st meeting, but as you will see from the attachments there was a lot of work to be done.
At the meeting attendees agreed to let me take a stab at grouping goals and actions that were similar or reinforced each-others and synthetize our list of 92 items. It was agreed that this would give us a better and more comprehensive list of top 25 actions and goals. I have to admit that it was neither an easy task nor that I felt totally comfortable with it as I had to make some subjective decision as to what needed to be grouped with what but I think the final resulting top 25 list really captures everything that we have been advancing. Also, as I merged items I added their votes together and sort the top 25 by OUR group’s total votes (column highlighted in yellow)- (rather than the total votes they got during the Feb 8th meeting). In my revised list there are 25 top actions +
This is not a perfect list but I think it’s a very good step in the right direction. What I need from you, if you have a lot of time and patience, is to go over the original list of 92 (attached) and my list and make sure I haven’t gotten anything too wrong or missed anything. The next step is to simplify and clarifying the top 25 language. A few of them are too long and unclear. Also, we need Who, When and What for each of them. Beware that the qualitative assessment data (economic impact, health impact etc.) is still in the spreadsheet but the columns are “hidden”.
More info, in the next email about the agenda for next meeting.
Thanks,
Andrea
