In this respect, I want to flag a panel at the Building Museum on Mandatory Energy Use Disclosure. It's next Thurs., March 1st, from 6:30 - 8pm. Nearly a dozen municipalities across the country have passed new laws mandating property owners to measure and publicly release the energy use of their buildings. City representatives from Seattle, New York City and San Francisco will discuss the challenges of implementing new reporting requirements and the impact this information is having on local real estate markets. This program is presented in collaboration with the Urban Land Institute. Participants include:
