Hello All, The Energy Wkg. Group is exploring legislation on mandatory energy use disclosures/audits/etc. keyed to different size buildings.  In this respect, I want to flag a panel at the Building Museum on Mandatory Energy Use Disclosure.  It's next Thurs., March 1st, from 6:30 - 8pm.  Representatives from cities implementing such laws will be speaking, including from Seattle, San Francisco, New York.  See details below. Credit:Urban Land Institute Nearly a dozen municipalities across the country have passed new laws mandating property owners to measure and publicly release the energy use of their buildings. City representatives from Seattle, New York City and San Francisco will discuss the challenges of  implementing new reporting requirements and the impact this information is having on local real estate markets. This program is presented in collaboration with the Urban Land Institute. Prepaid registration required. Walk-in registration based on availability. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
