Dear Sustainable DC Built Environment Working Group Participant,

Thank you for your continued involvement in Sustainable DC. We hope to see you at our next meeting NEXT MONDAY, JANUARY 30, 2012, 6:00-8:00 PM at 441 4th St NW (1 Judiciary Square), Room 1107. Please find attached an agenda for this meeting attached to this email, as well as the notes from the last meeting.

If you have any edits to the notes, please let me know.

At our last meeting, we brainstormed and began drafting goals and actions. At this meeting, we will work from our initial draft goals and actions by finalizing and evaluating the goals drafted in Meeting 3 and then begin prioritizing the proposed goals. Our objective for this meeting is to have a solid list of vetted goals ready to present at Meeting# 5 on Wednesday February 8th at the University of the District of Columbia, where we will reconvene with all the other working groups and discuss the proposed vision, goals, and actions we’ve determined are most important for our Working Group topic.

In preparation for this meeting, please review the vision statement that was created by the group and which initial draft goals (in the attached Meeting 3 notes) best relate to that vision statement.

If you have any questions, please feel free to reply to this email.

Thanks and see you next week!

Best,
