The OSU Repair Fair is coming up this Monday, November 8, 4-6 pm in the OSU Student Experience Center (SEC) Plaza (view on Google Maps)!

Bring your broken items and volunteers will help you learn how to repair your belongings; attend demos to learn more skills! See list below for what’s on offer this time. Free and open to OSU and the public.

BRING YOUR BROKEN:

  • Appliances/Electronics
  • Small Furniture
  • Bicycles
  • Clothing
  • Computers
  • Musical Instruments 

VISIT BOOTHS:

  • To Dye For: D.I.Y. Tie-Dying - Drop by anytime to learn how to revitalize your clothing with tie-dye! If you don’t have anything to dye, pick up a free mask at the event and stay safe in style!
  • Sew Good: Beginner Hand Sewing - Our volunteers will teach you how to hand sew using beginner techniques for both left- and right-handed repairers! Bring an item with a simple repair or use some of our scrap fabric to learn simple stitches and skills.
