PLAYDEMONIUM WITH ROBIN KERR AND COCO MA
Playdemonium, a fusion of play and pandemonium, explores the multicultural experiences of Chinese born artist, Coco Ma and New Zealand born artist, Robin Kerr. Both utilize abstraction to explore complex themes of identity and relationships. The ambiguity within the work frees viewers to experience dynamic, often opposing, expressions, transcending culture and eluding alienation.

MARYS PEAK OXEYE DAISY AND FOXGLOVE WEED PULL
Join us at the Marys Peak summit for a summer volunteer weed pull! This is a great opportunity to see one of Oregon’s most spectacular sites, meet new friends and help preserve a truly unique ecosystem. Mid-elevation prairies are continually threatened by invasive non-native species. All tools and instructions are provided. All volunteers must complete IAE’s volunteer release form.

RESTORE HABITAT FOR FIRST FOODS AT CHAMPOEG HARVEST AREA
Join the Institute for Applied Ecology and the Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde to help restore prairie habitat—at a First Foods Harvest Area in Champoeg State Heritage Area. All are welcome! Help restore indigenous First Foods in native prairie habitat, while contributing to the recovery of the land. All tools and instructions are provided. All volunteers must complete IAE’s volunteer release form.
