Visit participating locally-owned independent businesses for special treats or promotions. Pick up an envelope for the Buy Local Hero Contest: Save receipts from money spent at locally-owned independent businesses Dec. 3rd through 17th. Turn in receipts from the greatest number of businesses and win a basket filled with fabulous prizes donated by CIBA businesses!
