We’re seeking board members, community partners and donors to support our work.

What is the Mid-Valley Food Hub?

Our newest program and in less than a year, we have made it easier and more economically viable for schools, restaurants, caterers, and institutions to source from multiple local farms by coordinating marketing, aggregation, and distribution.

Our impact so far:

Increasing Access to Local Food

  • 21,614 students served fresh, local food across 43 schools
  • 3,500 pounds of produce donated to local food access partners
  • $7,500 distributed to 151 SNAP households during a time of crisis

Strengthening Local Farms & Economy

  • 15,000 pounds of produce sold
  • Sourced from 10 local farmers
  • $36,000 circulating in the local economy

Building Community Resilience
When supply chains are disrupted, relationships matter. Our network reduces waste, feeds people, and supports farmers when it matters most.
