Dear Members of the Sustainability Coalition,


Season's Greetings! 


Tarweed Folk School's 2025 Holiday Classes are open for registration, read below to see a full list of upcoming classes. We also welcome all to attend our Holiday Market on Saturday, December 13th (10am - 3pm) at Wade Hardware in downtown Corvallis. 


Tarweed's Fall 2025 classes are also still underway, with a range of half-day, full-day, multi-day, and multi-week classes taught by local educators, craftspeople, scientists, tradespeople, small business owners, and members of our Willamette Valley communities available for registration at www.tarweedfolkschool.comClass costs range from $65 to $185, full and partial tuition scholarships are available to all. Register today for the final classes of Tarweed’s 2025 season!


Our Holiday Market will be held on December 13th, 10am - 3pm at 400 SW 2nd Street (Wade Hardware). Join us to celebrate Tarweed Folk School's third year and support our local community of makers and artisans. Find wooden wares, fiber arts, basketry, herbal salves, seeds, eco-prints and more!

Tarweed Folk School stewards opportunities for community-based, hands-on learning to all ages. The mission of Tarweed Folk School is to tend to the land, ourselves, and each other through the sharing of practical arts and place-based knowledge in the heart of the Willamette Valley. Tarweed Folk School's Fall and Winter classes are partnership with Wade Hardware, Greenbelt Land Trust, Corvallis Waldorf School, Highland Woodshop, Corvallis Museum, and Cascade Pacific Resource Conservation & Development
