In case you haven't heard, we at Flicker & Fir launched
The Benton Box as few months ago. It is a
new way to shop local from local producers. Consider it your
online farmstand and the way to wow your friends with how much local food is on your table!
You can also use it as a directory to see what's in season and then contact the farmers directly (Eg. look at their producer profiles to find more)
When you "create an account" you get a weekly email of what's available so you can select whatever you'd like to be in your box. $10 minimum order. $25 minimum for delivery.
This initiative grew out of the Southtown Farmstand & Market which our farm,
Flicker & Fir, hosts every Tuesday (May-October). NOTE:
Last farmstand for the season is this coming Tuesday 5-7pm at 1465 SE Alexander Ave in South Corvallis.
