6-week series of classes starting this coming Wednesday. Pre-register

6 Wednesdays, March 25 - April 29
6:00 pm – 8:00 pm
Held at CoHo Ecovillage
1975 SE Crystal Lake Dr., Corvallis
• Upgrade your ability to express yourself with clarity and compassion,
especially when confronted with opposing views.
• Listen to hear underlying needs often hidden under rigid demands.
• Practice coming back to center after getting “triggered”.
• Learn in a fun and supportive environment.
Benefit for the South Corvallis Food Bank
Sliding scale of $60 – $120.
Work exchange and scholarships available.
