Weatherization and Appliance Gap Survey

Greetings! 

The City of Corvallis Climate Action Advisory Board seeks feedback from community members about their experiences with the energy efficiency of existing homes in Corvallis. The survey linked below is in two parts that ask about 1) the efficiency of the building envelope (windows, weatherization, insulation, etc.) and 2) heating and cooling systems.  

The Board invites responses from renters, homeowners and property owners in and around Corvallis. The survey will not automatically collect details like name and email address unless you provide it yourself.
