Hi friends,
The Corvallis Sustainability Coalition and its partner organizations do so many incredible things to make this community a safe, vibrant and equitable space. We'd like to offer FREE tickets to this group to a special event coming up at PRAx.
A choir called
Tonality will be in Corvallis on April 10. This is a group with an exceptional level of talent (two-time Grammy winners), and they create their work around important social topics — ones that you wouldn't normally associate with choral performance. They've
developed performances around mental health, climate change, gun violence, and homelessness. And their work is SO beautiful and moving. They are incredibly thoughtful in the way they share these issues with the audience.
PRAx co-commissioned new work by Tonality about Ahmaud Arbery, which the group will share for the Corvallis show. Ahmaud's sister, Jasmine, will be at the performance and will join singers on stage for conversation about turning pain into purpose.
We're so grateful to be able support this group and their work. We invite you to reserve your free tickets today.
Hope you'll come if you're free! I know it will be a powerful and beautiful night. Thank you for everything you do in this community.
