Fresh & Local, First! invites you to join us for our dine-out fundraiser (and a fantastic meal) at del Alma this Thursday, May 14 (5-9pm). Simply order any of the following items to support our work connecting low-income households and local food producers.

 

·      Tapas - Chipotle Zucchini Fritters 13. (local zucchini and snap peas) Fried zucchini fritters served with herb crema, crispy garlic chile flakes, sugar snap pea pico de gallo

·      Entrée - Pan Seared Salmon 38. (local green garlic and spinach) Pan seared sockeye salmon marinated in green garlic adobo, served with charred jalapeño creamed spinach, scalloped potatoes, pickled shallots

·      Cocktail - Raspberry Daiquiri 13. (features local spirits distillery and local raspberries) 4 Spirits dark rum, house-made raspberry syrup, fresh citrus
