Fall is here next week! Want FREE help assessing your utility bills?
  • This summer, did your workplace get uncomfortably hot?
  • This winter, will your staff & co-workers feel drafty or cold?
Energy Trust of Oregon's insulation incentives have been very generous during 2025. Incentives are also available for ductless heat pumps, energy-efficient water heaters, Smart Thermostats, LED lighting upgrades, solar, and more!

All commercial and industrial customers of Pacific Power and NW Natural Gas are eligible for incentives, whether you own the building or not. This incentive funding comes from the monthly "Public Purpose" charge you already pay on those utility bills.

Sustainability Coalition staff help identify Corvallis & Philomath workplaces interested in FREE Energy Trust assessments to find opportunities for $aving money and energy! Our next walk-throughs are Thurs. 9/18 and we have several spots left!

How do the upgrades work?
  • Energy Trust assesses your space and recommends a customized solution that works for your workplace..
  • You get estimates and select your contractor.
  • Contractors that are also Energy Trust Trade Allies are the most familiar with the incentive application process; however, you may choose any contractor you wish.
  • Energy Trust's outreach team will support you along every step.
Some restrictions apply and incentives are offered on a first-come, first-served basis while funding lasts.
