Greetings everyone,
On March 14, the Transportation Action Team hosted the "Public Forum on the Corvallis Pavement Rehabilitation Program: NE Circle Boulevard Reconstruction/Repavement Project." If you weren't able to attend the live Zoom forum, or if you would like to watch it again, you can find the recording here:
The public comment period is open until March 24 (5pm). Additional public comments should be submitted to Corvallis Public Works staff (contacts: Josh.Bj...@corvallisoregon.gov; josh....@corvallisoregon.gov). The public comments submitted during the live forum are attached. Many of these were addressed by Public Works staff; please watch the recording to hear their response.

Cheers, Steve

Greetings everyone,
On March 14, the Transportation Action Team hosted a public forum on the Corvallis Pavement Rehabilitation Program. About 40 people attended the online event and over 65 people have viewed the recording. Public Works staff addressed many of the questions and concerns submitted by residents during the forum but didn't have time to get to all of them. Also, the comment period remained open for a week after the event. Attached to this email is the response by Public Works staff to the remaining questions and comments.

Please remember that this inaugural public forum was scheduled after this specific project on NE Circle Boulevard was scoped, budgeted, and designed. Public Works stated that future events would be held closer to the beginning of the planning process for a project, which would allow for greater public input on its design.

This document will eventually be available on the TAT page of the coalition website next to the recording of the forum: https://sustainablecorvallis.org/what-we-do/action-teams/transportation/safer-streets/

Cheers, Steve
