Dear Members of the Sustainability Coalition,

Summer is soon coming to a close and tarweed plants all over town are going to seed, marking another season of blooms come and gone! As we look towards the autumnal months, we are happy to announce that our Fall 2026 season of classes are open for registration!

Participants can register for a range of half-day, full-day, multi-day, and multi-week classes in fiber arts, foods, basketry, woodworking, and more! Classes are taught by local educators, craftspeople, scientists, tradespeople, small business owners, and members of our Willamette Valley communities.

Tarweed Folk School classes take place at Wade Hardware (400 SW 2nd St) in downtown Corvallis, and across other partner locations in Corvallis. Class costs range from $55 to $325, full and partial tuition scholarships are available to all. Register today on our website or by clicking the links below!

Many thanks,

Margot Schwarz
