GLINT, GLIMMER, GLOW

At The Arts Center, 700 SW Madison Avenue  

Join us for the opening of a 6-week exhibit (May 16 – June 29) featuring the work of artist Kathryn Cellerini Moore.

The exhibit is inspired by solar wind physics, with moving images, micro-organisms, landscape vignettes,

and undulating light, projected onto banded tapestries of chainmail, to mimick aurora shapes.

 

An engineering team of undergraduates from OSU’s Design for Social Impact Initiative

has designed, prototyped, and built the renewable energy system

that will be a visible part of the show and will power the exhibit.
