Dear Corvallis Sustainability Community,
We are excited to share that the Corvallis School District is launching ecological restoration projects at two pilot sites as part of our new Native Plant Living Classroom Initiative.
This initiative is designed to create eco-literacy spaces and integrated curriculum opportunities for students across the district. To prepare these sites, we are seeking volunteers to assist with restoration efforts, including invasive species removal and native plant installation. The work completed at these pilot locations will directly benefit students districtwide in the years ahead.
