Old Mill Center & The Arts Center warmly invite you to:

Art That Gives Back Exhibition

Art That Gives Back

A Fundraiser for Old Mill Center featuring works by Corvallis artist Tom Mayers

January 6 – February 7, 2026

The Arts Center

700 SW Madison Avenue, Corvallis, OR, 97333

Art That Gives Back is an exhibition featuring abstract artworks by Tom Mayers, a Corvallis-based painter, artist, and photographer.

Mayers works in a style he calls acrylic abstract texturalism. His richly layered canvases explore color, movement, and energy—inviting viewers to reflect on the forces that shape how we experience the world. As each person brings their own memories and interpretations to the work, their responses become part of the artistic experience.

This exhibition bridges creative expression and meaningful community impact. Through the artist’s generosity, all proceeds from artwork sales will benefit Old Mill Center, helping advance our work with children and families in Benton and Linn counties.

We invite you to experience this inspiring collection, opening January 6.

This free exhibition is open to the public during The Arts Center's regular gallery hours: Tuesday through Saturday from 12 – 5PM

About the Artist

Tom Mayers has been creating art since childhood and continues to study the technical and expressive possibilities of acrylic painting. His works have been exhibited in shows across the country.

“Not everything that is real can be seen. The universe exists in quiet details and subtle shifts. My paintings give form to what often goes unnoticed.”
