Greetings everyone,
The TAT monthly meeting is going on a summer hiatus. The hiatus begins immediately, so no meeting this week.

The TAT Bike Rack Transport Team will have a busy summer of action. I will continue to offer trainings to rebuild the team's volunteer list. I'll also share via this google list the events to which we are delivering racks. If you attend an event and lock something to a rack, please send a photo!

If you want to alert the group about any sustainable transportation local event or learning opportunity, this google list is a great way to inform people. If you have any new action ideas for the TAT, please feel free to email me.

Have a wonderful summer!

Take care, Steve

Corvallis area bicyclists will be holding their annual Ride of Silence Wednesday, May 21 at 6:30pm,
starting from the Osborn Aquatic Center. This 20th annual solemn ride is to remember all of the cyclists
who have been injured or killed on Corvallis roads, raise awareness of the numbers of people who ride
bikes, and ask that all share the road safely.

The Ride of Silence is free ride and suitable for all levels of cyclists, you need only a helmet and
willingness to pedal silently at an easy pace. The ride begins promptly at 7:00 pm and is planned to last
just over an hour.

If we work together, a cell phone number is available. Just look in the list of sport officials, or ask. It's typically the least efficient way to reach me.

See you at the Corvallis Ride of Silence. Wednesday May 21, 2025. Gather at 6:30 pm in front of Osborn Aquatic Center, 1940 NW Highland Dr.
