Dear Sustainability Coalition Partner Organizations,
The Sustainability Town Hall on March 12th will be a great venue to promote the sustainability efforts of your organization or business! We invite you to take advantage of this opportunity to feature your accomplishments of this past year in the annual “Community Scrapbook,” as outlined below…
“Community Scrapbook: Sustainability Highlights of 2025”
The annual Sustainability Town Hall meeting draws several hundred people. During the program, we will present a slide program illustrating the many sustainability-related activities and projects that have happened in the past year in Corvallis and Benton County. Make sure that YOUR organization is included in this celebration of community sustainability accomplishments!
If your organization/business would like to submit one or more items to highlight your sustainability achievement(s) in 2025, please send us the following by February 15th:
We’ll create the slide(s) for you!
Please submit by February 15th to Kathy Thompson at ad...@sustainablecorvallis.org. Look for a confirmation reply from Kathy so you know your submission has been received. If you have any questions, please ask Kathy.
Based on past Town Halls, we know that the audience will be amazed when they see the broad array of activities that are helping us become a sustainable community.
Thank you for your participation!
Annette

I live within the traditional homeland of the Ampinefu Band of Kalapuya. Following the Willamette Valley Treaty of 1855 (Kalapuya …Treaty), Kalapuya people were forcibly removed to reservations at either Grand Ronde or Siletz. Today, the Kalapuya live on tribal lands or tribal-ceded lands throughout the region. Many Kalapuya are active members of the sovereign nations of the Confederated Tribes of the Grand Ronde or the Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indians. Kalapuya culture is alive. To learn more, please check out the online Champinefu Webinar Series, plan a trip to the Chachalu Museum and Cultural Center, and/or make a gift to our Champinefu Fund.
YES! Please submit TODAY to Kathy Thompson (ad...@sustainablecorvallis.org).
Thanks,
Annette
