discusses something we have been discussing, but gets one important thing wrong. It
says that “There are aspects of this for which we do not have a solution because its
a matter that’s up to private enterprise to change,” but private enterprise can't
change it under current zoning laws, which is why we should continue working towards
global multi-use zoning.
