February LUAT Meeting Topics and Zoom Information

Susan Morré will review lessons from LUAT history and future opportunities. Susan was one of the early leaders of the LUAT. She currently serves on the Planning Ccommission, and she has broad interests in Sustainable management of the world’s forests as a key component for conserving biodiversity, soil and water resources, mitigating climate change, strengthening economies, and promoting sustainable communities and human well-being, now and in the future.

Susan Jarvis and Laurie Becker will introduce ArcGIS Hub as a potential community communications tool and approach to public information and input. Susan and Laurie plan a demo of the functionality of the ArcGIS Hub and then get input on some of the components - such as a survey for the community to begin to educate about land use issues using maps that may be informative in helping to focus community conversations.
