Hello, Land Use Action Team!
In 2018, the Sustainability Coalition’s Steering Committee made a commitment to work toward greater diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in our organization. As one of our initial steps, we agreed to use an Equity Impact Assessment (EIA) to help us infuse a DEI perspective into our work. So far, eight of our 12 action teams have had a one-hour work session, led by a member of the Community Inclusion Action Team, to practice using the EIA.
Now it’s the Land Use Action Team’s turn to have a special meeting for this purpose.
