ICT4S 2026 Zine Co-chair/co-organiser Volunteer

Hello friends,
We are looking for a volunteer to co-chair a Zine Jam* and cofacilitate a zine space/session at ICT4S 2026 in Bern, Switzerland alongside Oliver Bates (Lancaster University, UK).
After the success of ICT4S 2024 zine collection Liminal Excavations and Zine Cafe we are hosting the zine to hold an open and inclusive space for creativity, ideas, provocations, and art (at any stage) about sustainability and digital technology.
This role might be a good fit if you're:
interested in using DIY and creative methods (art, games, design, poetry, etc) to communicate about the breadth of sustainability and tech
at any career stage
have an hour every fortnight free for light admin duties (promoting the Zine Jam, light comms to people participating in the jam, planning printing logistics)
able to attend ICT4S in person to help print, fold, staple and host a session about the zines - if not, this isn't a deal breaker, we can make it work!
This is an open call. We're not doing interviews, we don't need CVs. This role will be open until it's filled.

*A Zine Jam is inspired by game jams, where people are invited to make a zine in a short period (e.g., 1 month) about a topic or theme. The one restriction is that if you participate, you must make a zine,
