Professor Vanderbauwhede will discuss the context of the climate emergency, the need for sustainable computing, the need for decarbonising education in general (linking with the UN’s sustainable development goals), and a proposed implementation strategy for the Computing Science curriculum. This event is jointly hosted by the Centre for Research in Digital Education and the School of Informatics.
