ICT4S2024 - Volunteer for Programme Committee (deadline 8th December)

We hope this email finds you well.

We are currently gathering members for the ICT4S 2024 Programme Committee (PC) and would like to offer the opportunity for people with relevant research interest and expertise to volunteer.

The role will involve reviewing approximately 3-4 papers at the conference across 6 weeks in February - March 2024. We plan to stagger the workload and will ask that half of your reviews are done within the first 3 weeks where possible. Following this review period, there will be an additional week for a discussion phase with other reviewers. We also plan to support bidding on papers, so that you are hopefully assigned papers that best suit your domain and interests.

The form requests your name, email, affiliation (for managing conflicts), whether you’ve reviewed for ICT4S before, your domain/ topics of interest (for gathering a variety of expertise across the PC), and a couple of questions about your reviewing background more generally. The form and your response if you submit one will be stored on the KTH webforms service and will only be used for selecting members of the Programme Committee for ICT4S. 

We will be in touch with the whole PC soon with next steps. This will involve adding your profile to the ICT4S 2024 PC web page as well as exact dates and instructions for reviewing via EasyChair.
