Great for breadmaking beginners, and experienced bread bakers interested in learning a new technique. Based on the "5 Minute Bread" method, this will allow you to make one large batch of no-knead bread dough with a starter, instead of commercial yeast, that you can use over the next few days. Please note, this bread will not actually be sour. Please be sure to RSVP for this event if you plan on coming, so we can prepare enough starters for attendees to take home.

In case you missed our potluck at the end of August, you can catch up on the conversation by joining our facebook page. Notes from the sessions are available as links. We’d also love to create a forum where folks can continue to have a frank and honest discussion about our current food system, and how we’d like it to develop it moving forward. Make your voice heard! You can also see the notes from the August 23 session on our webpage.
