It is part of the "Making Great Art Work" strategy, which aims to improve living and working conditions for artists. It sets forth core values, best practices, and expectations. The page includes the full policy document, an updated implementation plan for 2024-2025, and a Statement of Practice detailing artist payments across various programs.
