Recap of tonight's meeting!

1. OneWorld Bazaar- there is a mandatory meeting for everyone working the bazaar tomorrow night (wednesday) at 8:30 in cabot 102. this time and place has been confirmed with Lauren (our OneWorld liaison) so it's legit
-if you are working the bazaar: be there (the meeting and the bazaar). bring a charged laptop! we are going to have people take the transportation survey when they visit our table
2. TSC dinner on Thursday- go to it. also bring laptops to this!! we want people to be taking the survey EVERYWHERE AT ALL TIMES.

- i don't know why it says it is suspected phishing- when i posted it on my facebook i made sure to say it's not phishing or a virus or anything
4. Jibade met with Simon Metcalf of Senate- he's in.
5. Dani met with the engineering student- apparently it was a project to determine the best way to make a green shuttle for tufts (!!!!!) she is meeting with her again on Thursday to get more information.
6. Rose and I are going to Shelia's office tomorrow (the woman who deals with contracts)
7. Katy and Catherine are going to meet with Louis eventually
8. WE REALLY NEED TO GET MOVING!!! It's very close to the end of the semester!! We are a small group and all need to be working on this! I know meeting with administration is intimidating (especially if you are a freshman or just someone who doesn't have experience doing it) so I had the idea to have those people go to meetings with those more experienced people (like Katy, Jibade, Dani, etc) so it's not as scary at first :)
9. We don't have a meeting on Thursday- but we need to constantly be updating the facebook group with results of our meetings and things so we can know if we have enough info to present something at the senate meeting on Sunday.
10. basically: KEEP THE FACEBOOK GROUP UPDATED, CIRCULATE THE SURVEY, COME TO THE BAZAAR AND SUSTAINABILITY DINNER
ALSO MOST IMPORTANT THING (not really but sort of)
post TSC dinner RAGER (ok not really rager, but illegal substance party) at Katy's house at like 9:30 on Thursday. Bonding rocks!
