This week in SAS.

Okay! Thanks for a great meeting and here is all those google docs!! (I made the folder and you should all have acess to it, email me if you dont.)

Just to explain the docs in there and what you should do with them, things in bold are things we need to do:

• Transportation at tufts (intercept): this is the intercept survey form. We can circulate this, also these are the questions for our face-to-face interviews. After you talk to some one, just enter their responses into this form. I think it would be useful to send this out to any commuters that Tina can show us. Someone needs to create the online survey- all of the questions are under the 'Meeting 11-3,' just plung them in!! also every one please EDIT the surveys.
• Survey Recipients and Results- Keeping track of who we give it to!: every survey you distribute you need to put on here, so we know who all we gave it to. So every person, group, or elist you send these surveys out to or do face-to-face needs to be logged here. Very Important!
• SAS Contacct Sheet: put your name, phone number and email on this. so we can all contact each other.
• Meeting 11-3: meeting notes from this week
• Transportation at Other Schools (SAS): Steph will make this into our fact sheet so everyone put your research on this.

So check out these docs and let aim to distribute surveys by tuesor wed. (you can start doing intercepts on mon). 

I will get the Daves gift card, so make sure when distributing you mention this. It might be a good idea for someone to write up a intro for the survey that we can all copy into emails we send to distribute. 

So to wrap up here are some of the duties we assigned:

intercept team: everyone ask 2 or 3 of your own professors
ask: library people (dj), dining staff (Katy), gym security (Dj)

-Talk to Joey: Jack, Jibade

Steph will orginize fact sheet.

We need people to do this stuff, so email us if you will take it:

-write up a intro for the surveys for emails, basically whoever sends the first one will be doing this by default..

- contact tina to distribute the survey among her hook-ups (eco ambassadors)

- make online survey
