this is not an acceptable outlet for business newsletters, Friends
Fabrics. Especially since the reply-to address is the forum and not your
email address

Greetings All,

I am now moderating this members messages. Only those with no commercial
content will be allowed. One more strike and they are out. Perhaps some
people are not familiar with our policy, but we are trying to keep this
message forum on track to discuss topics of relevance to Oak Ridge.
Advertisements are not acceptable. The original post will be removed from

I did let the moondollars thing through as it seemed marginal, and I am a

We're sorry, the forum got accidentally added to our mailing list.  we have tried to fix the problem and are still working on it.  Please be patient for a bit.  I've deleted addresses several times unsuccessfully.  I believe that I discovered the problem last week right after the newsletter went out.  The person who sends it out was using the wrong part of our address book to send it.  I talked with her and I think she understands it now.  Hopefully it won't happen anymore.  we have not intentionally sent this to the forum at all.  I truly apologize for the inconvenience and misunderstanding it caused.
