ORNLFCU clearing horizon center for their new headquarters

I was wondering how environmentally friendly ornlfcu is planning on
being as they clear the trees in that area for their new headquarters.
I have not seen this noted anywhere, which makes me very worried as to
the effects upon the environment and the greenway. I don't know if any
of you are aware, but the boundary for horizon center extends across
the greenway in some places. I spend a lot of my time on that lower
trail and would hate to see it's beauty stolen from it.
