Hello everyone!!

I hope you've had a lovely week, even, and especially if it's been
filled with revision and exams!
Yes yes, it's already week 7, scary how time goes by so fast...!

Anyway, because it's coming up to the end of term, and therefore year,
and to make the most of the nice weather, this Monday we shall be
having a BBQ! yay isn't that exciting?! So that's at 7 pm on the hill
at the back of Park Village, and as from 6.30 people will be praying
there so do come :). Don't forget to bring drinks if you want to
drink, and pudding if you want that too. The rest will be provided so
we're asking a contribution of £2 please!

Then on Tuesday there is our usual Prayer Breakfast, at 8am in Howard
House (opposite Falmer train station)! And this is a busy time of
year, but prayer is like, so important, especially when going through
times of stress and everything.

On Wednesday there is a time of prayer in Falmer 126 at 11 am.
And in the afternoon, oulala, there is Prayer Angels! Where girls meet
to pray and chat in Jess' room, Park Village 37, at 2pm.

On Friday there is Student 2 Student! A very encouraging time for both
Christians and non Christians, this is led by a student who gives
their testimony and just shares a bit about Jesus. That's in the
Debating Chamber at 1pm, in Falmer House.

On Saturday the boys meet up for a Bible study at 2pm in Matt Hodsons'
house, 43 Park Village, which is then followed by a game of football
in Stanmer Park!

Now those are the usual events, but I also want to raise your
awareness of what's going to be happening in the weeks to come...
In week 10 we'll be having a time of prayer and worship with societies
of different denominations on Wednesday the 18th of June. It'll be a
great time to get to know other people and open up to different
'religious groups'. So write it in your diary people!!

Also, in week 9 we will be having a CU ball!! yippee!! that will be on
Saturday the 14th of June. There's lots more info to come, I just
thought I'd give you a little preview to get you excited.

Also, finally, this Fresher's week is going to be packed with fun
events run by the CU. Freshers' week is a great chance to evangelize,
and it's important to let all those new 1st years know that the CU is
around. However, we can't run it without you!! So if you can help out
during that time that'd be great.
I'll give you more info soon on what exactly is going to happening,
ect; but in the mean time if you can just start thinking about getting
involved that week and praying for it that'd super duper.

Thankyou!!

Have a great week guys!!

xx
Keena
