Questionnaire

Hi again,

Last week I met up with a lady called Rosemary Shirley, she's a
student who is studying what the Meeting House is used for. It'd be
really good if you filled out the questionnaire that she sent me for
the CU; it'd be a great help to her. It's just about the meeting
house, the CU, ect... (and it's the first questionnaire, for the CU).
It doesn't take long and it's all explained in the questionnaire.
