Hello!!

I hope that you have had a great week and all ready for the one coming, and for those with exams coming up, I hope the revisions go okay.

There are a lot of great things lined up this week:

on Monday we'll be looking at How to Impact Our World. So people that represent the charity 'Jubilee' will be coming to tell us about what they do. They're a christian charity, dedicated to protect children at risk and fighting against poverty. If you haven't already check it out www.jubileeaction.co.uk

These two videos show what Jubilee do and what they're fighting against. It's worth your time

Plus Andrew King, now living in Brazil is coming on Monday. He used to come to Sussex and was here when the CU started. So I hope you can make this special evening! This'll be at 7pm in LANCASTER COMMON ROOM! and you can come at 6.30 to pray, of course! Feel free to bring bean bags and comfy things as such.

All this week we'll be fundraising for Jubilee. Sponsorship forms have been sent out, so please expand your creative side and do something to raise some money!
We'll also be seeling smoothies this week on campus, in Library square. This'll be on Wednesday and Friday from 1 to 4pm. If you're up for helping that'd be great as we still need lots of people. There's enough things for everyone to do, and if you can just help out by making smoothies for one hour that'd be great. And we're still in need of a couple of blenders. If you can help please let me know asap, kee...@hotmail.com. Thankyou!
And don't forget to tell your friends about all this stuff (and this is how we're impacting our world! Easy hey?!)

Okay, as for the rest of the week!!:
on Tuesday we've got prayer Breakfast in Howard House, opposite Falmer train station, at 8am.

On Wednesday we've also got a time of prayer in Falmer 126 at 11 am. It's really important to pray for this week, so even if you can't make it to the prayer meetings please pray! And let's also pray that we get to talk to people about God this week. And for those third years who have got deadlines in week 5! thanks a bunch.

On Wednesday the prayer angels will be going around campus tied together, (for twelve hours!) so do sponser them!!

On Friday we've got Student 2 student, which is pretty new but none the less really good. A student gets to talk, which is more chilled out than when a preacher talks. It's a great opportunity to invite non-Christians and to just come along. That's at 1pm in the debating chamber, in Falmer House.

Ouh and on Saturday the boys have their little socialising time! Aswell as getting to play football at 2 in Stanmer park they meet up before for a Bible study. That's at 1pm in Matt Hodsons' house, 43 Park Village!

Have a super week!

xxx
Keena
