PR (m1-susi-client): Adds a thin SusiClient HTTP wrapper for the SUSI Translator API, with typed errors/results and unit tests.

PR (m1-models-dashboard-scaffold): Adds Django models and a first-pass commons dashboard for organizers to configure and test per-event SUSI settings.

2. What do I plan to do today?

Today, I am working on:

• Preparing the next set of pull requests for review by cleaning up the implementation and addressing any remaining improvements.

• Refining the text-to-speech (TTS) controls by adding a split button for voice selection, removing the separate TTS volume slider, and using the existing video volume control for audio playback.

3. What is blocking me from making progress?
