1. What did I do yesterday?

• (eventyay-interpretation) - Updated PR (#58) - refactor: add interpreter backend registry for multi-interpreter support

• (eventyay-interpretation) - Updated Issue(#55) - add event level sign in and add video admin API

Prepared the interpretation plugin for multiple interpreter backends without changing organizer-facing behavior today. SUSI still works the same way sign in once per event, pick interpreter per room, start/stop sessions. This PR moves SUSI-specific logic behind a backend registry so a future interpreter (e.g. VoxBento) can plug in without rewriting views, forms, and room validation.
